The Gallery is a section where we have placed a number of other photos, videos and documents that are part of the massive collection that was donated to the Elizabeth Public Library for their Local History Department. (I'll add more text later)

    Key contributor to the establishment and management of the original Elizabeth General Hospital & Dispensary.
  • Richard English, MAI
    Long-time Secretary of the Board of Trustees, devoted friend, counselor and donor to EGMC causes.
  • 1912 Elizabeth General Hospital Physicians Baseball Team
    In the early part of the 20th Century a group of physicians organized their own baseball team to participate in leagues, tournaments and fundraising events.
  • Milton A. Shangle, MD
    As one of the most influential physicians in the history of Elizabeth General Hospital, Dr. Shangle served the people of Elizabeth as a surgeon for more than five decades.
